Benefits of

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a holistic practice combining gentle movements, breath control, and mindfulness to enhance energy flow and well-being. In a corporate setting, it reduces stress, sharpens mental clarity, and promotes physical wellness, leading to a healthier, more focused, and productive workforce.

Content of the Class.

This class offers Tai Chi and Qi Gong, rooted in the Wudang Kung Fu tradition (Xuan Gong Fu). We will combine gentle practices focused on breathing and a meditative state of mind with more dynamic movements and challenging exercises, including low stances and elastic stretching, to develop strength and flexibility.

Throughout our practice, we will work on releasing physical habits, achieving proper spinal alignment, softening our bodies, calming our minds, and increasing our range of motion and physical capabilities. By drawing on the ancient wisdom of Chinese martial arts, adapted for our modern lifestyles, participants can find greater balance and well-being in their daily lives while enhancing their physical health and uplifting their spirits.
